Geek Guru were originally contacted in 2007 to quote for a new server when our old system started showing signs of age. Right from the beginning it was apparent that Geek-Guru were both very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the products and solutions they were recommending. We had specific requirements for our remote engineers and their detailed knowledge and experience with setting up similar projects lead us to choose them for the project. The server installation has been a complete success and all the staff and management have been very happy with the outcome. We used the services of Geek-Guru to source and set up our company server and VPN so that we could run our accounts office from remote locations. We contacted 3 separate IT firms to quote on the work. Geek-Guru not only came in the cheapest, they were also the only one not to oversell by quoting for hardware that wasn’t really necessary. Tim’s knowledge was superior to that of the other representatives and his solution was well presented. With regards to delivery of the solution, Geek-Guru went beyond the call of duty in ensuring that the IT Solution was implemented on time and without any hassle.
