Instead of paying our standard ad hoc rates we offer three IT support packages with a range of value added benefits. Our support packages range from simple voucher based support (Designed for clients with no servers on site) through to fully managed comprehensive support.

We understand that each of our clients is different and as such so are their support needs. Each of our support packages includes a range of inclusive benefits including remote assistance, on-site assistance and remote monitoring. Our support packages provide first class support for your IT infrastructure without providing expensive services your never going to use.

For those clients with specific needs not covered by the standard packages we also provide a range of bolt-on enhanced support packages. This way you only pay for the support services you're actually going to use!

Parts Bolt-On	As standard our support packages cover you for all labour associated with the support of your IT but excludes parts (If required). For clients who want parts included in their support plan we provide a parts bolt-on which covers you for parts & labour in the event of a hardware problems  (Excludes printers - Covered separately)
Enhanced Printer-Care Bolt-On	As standard we provide full software support and basic hardware diagnostics for most makes of printers. In 90% of cases this is sufficient to keep your printers going around the clock but we can also provide enhanced cover as a bolt-on package. This provides full parts and labour cover for your printers for a 12 month period.
Enhanced Security Bolt-On	All our packages come with support for a range of security appliances and software packages meaning full management of your current Anti-Virus & Firewall security comes as standard. For those clients without current anti-virus cover or a suitable firewall we offer an enhanced security bolt-on. This provides full anti-virus cover for all supported PCs and Servers and a fully managed firewall to protect you from internet based attacks.
ADSL Bolt-On	We offer a full range of internet services including ADSL Broadband, domain registration, web hosting, web design and e-mail systems. We can customise a package to suit your exact requirements meaning you only pay for those services you require.
