Voucher Support Packages

Our voucher plans have been designed with the small or home office in mind and offer a set number of support sessions for a small monthly fee. Our voucher packages are recommended for clients who don't currently run a server onsite or who currently have an internal IT department but want extended support cover.

If your support needs are greater than those available from the voucher packages we recommend going for one of our two Geek-Support packages.

What do you get with a voucher package?

With our vouchers packages you get a fixed number of support vouchers to use each quarter, when and where you want, alongside free phone and e-mail technical support. Vouchers can be kept for emergencies, to fix problems as they arise, or alternatively used on a regular schedule to help with maintenance and computer upkeep.

Vouchers can be used for absolutely any IT need including:

Emergency rapid response IT Support
Ongoing maintenance
IT Consultancy
Installing updates and patches
Installing drivers
Making changes to your network or communications equipment
Installing new equipment
Refreshing old computers
Liaising with third parties about IT resources
Or any other IT need you may have

If you go over your quarterly allowance a SOHO package entitles you to additional support sessions at discounted rates with no callout fee (Usually £50)**.

*SOHO Packages are subject to a minimum 12 month contract.

**Geek-Guru reserve the right to refuse additional hours if inclusive hours are greatly exceeded or insist that you to change to a higher support package.
