To show how serious we are about providing the highest standard of IT support we have created the Geek-Guru customer charter. SalesWe don’t believe in the hard sellWe are confident that the value of our projects will be obvious to our clients without having to employ pushy sales people. To Geek-Guru a ‘yes’ means ‘yes’ and a ‘no’ means ‘no’. We never oversellWe will never sell you something you don’t require as part of a project. If within 30 days of completing a project you believe we have sold you an item you don’t need we will buy it back at the full value you paid for it. ServiceFixed Fee ProjectsWe are so confident in our ability to gauge project timescales that all our labour costs are fixed once a project has been agreed. If the project runs over for any reason we will not charge you a penny extra. 30 days free supportAll our projects come with 30 days unlimited free support. If something doesn’t work the way it should; let us know and we’ll put it right for free. SupportAll our clients are importantWhether you have one PC or one hundred; we will offer you the same high level of customer service time and time again. If you feel we have missed our service level agreement; let us know and we’ll give you your monthly support fee back. You will never get stuck in the middleWe’ve all seen it happen. Your software supplier tells you it’s an IT support problem and your IT support people tell you it’s a software problem. Not with us! We will liaise directly with your 3rd party suppliers to ensure you never get stuck in the middle when it comes to technology.
